Has my powder gone bad if there’s clumping?

No, powder may clump during transit if the weather is humid or a small amount of air or moisture is exposed to it. Shake it using shaker bottle with water throughly and it should dissolve like usual!

What are the mixing instructions?

Pouch: Add 1 scoop to 8 ounces of water. Shake immediately in a shaker bottle for 30–60 seconds until completely dissolved.

Stick Pack: Add 1 pack to 16 ounces of water. Shake immediately in a shaker bottle for 30–60 seconds until fully dissolved.
