    Read online somewhere that an elliptical machine will help out mothers trying to help rebuild and flatten their core better than a treadmill will. So I bought one and a let me tell you, it’s so worth it. I have had it for about a month now and just 20 mins a day will have you snatched in no time.

    Easy to build

    Would not recommend to anyone over 5'7". The strides are super small. It actually hurts my families legs(knees) to use this. Highly disappointed
