Choose the larger size for a more gentle compression or the smaller size for a more firm compression. When between sizes, the average person prefers the smaller size for a more secure fit, unless you are sensitive to compression.

Can I wash my GenuTrain Knee Brace

Yes, machine wash your brace in cold water using the gentle or delicate cycle. Wash separately using a laundry detergent with no additives (do not use fabric softener). Lay your support flat and let it air-dry; do not put it in the dryer.

CORRECT FIT AND SIZING: With your knee slightly bent, use the center line of your knee as your starting point and measure up your thigh. Measure the upper circumference at this point. Using the center line of your knee as your starting point measure down your calf. Measure the lower circumference at this point. Make sure the measuring tape is taught to the leg but not cutting into the skin. Refer to sizing chart for size selection.
