This blood pressure monitor comes with a wide range cuff that fits most upper arms (8.6-16.5″ / 22-42cm). The UA-767FAC is also compatible with A&D Medical UA-290A Medium Cuff (9.0-14.6″ / 23-37cm) and UA-291A Large Cuff (12.2-17.7″ / 31-45cm). Sold separately.
