It works!!!!!
First off let me say this! Being a prime member you'll always get your package on time. Well in my case. I want to give my review on this product I recieve and let me tell you, once I tried it out with my fitness trainer it wasn't no joke!!! It actually work and you can feel the burn during your exercise. I reccomend everyone should get these resistance bands set if you're on a fitness journey

    So far, so good. I have been using these bands for about a month and I am quite pleased with them. First of all, I really like that they include a nice bag with them. It makes it so easy to travel with them, or bring them wherever I go. The bands are stackable and very easy to use with the included door anchor. The one thing I wish they would add to this set is some sort of cushion wrap to put around the bands to protect them from wear and tear when using them for other applications than the door anchor. I have a post I like to use for different workouts and I am worried that over time they will break down. I have been searching for a way to improvise with a towel, but if there was a custom wrap included, it would make things much easier.

    This set is perfect for taking along on vacations and business trips. And, I'm able to easily pack parts of the kit along on my regular gym visits. And, of course, for at home workouts, it's great. I am really glad I bought this set with all its various pieces so I can customize my workouts. I've only had it a few weeks and so far durability is fine. I will get good use of it and it was very reasonably priced. It didn't require a lot of investment and thus, easy to go ahead and order without too much thought.

    I love love love that these come in a small and compact carrying case! So easy to keep everything together and tidy and can easily be packed for travel. Also love the versatility with these bands, for the price, there are so many options for use and they are easy to setup

    It's good for isolated muscle group workouts when the gym is not available. The synthetic materials do stink up the room with a rubbery smell but it off-gasses over time. Overall I like the versatility and possibilities for adjusting weight. The instructional booklet is not very helpful. It illustrates things that are not compatible with the items sent to me and there are explanations. There are no youtube videos that I could find to give tutorials. If you're looking for customer support, this won't help you. But…it's doing the job since I can't go to the gym these days (nationwide shut-in), and all the free weights are sold out on-line and in stores.
