A1: The machine display has protective film to protect display not have damage in transit ,so don’t worry,if you not like this little scratch,could open this film.

A2: The normal reading for blood oxygen is typically between 95-100. Normal pulse rate is 60-100 beats per minute. However, in some cases this may not apply. Your doctor will be your best advisor to advise where your readings should be.
