If the UV light does not turn on after closing the lid, the holder may simply need to be recharged.

Is the wall-mounted sanitizer easy to install and remove for charging?

Yes. The holder installs quickly with the included adhesive backing. When you need to charge it, simply gently lift it upward—it releases cleanly from the adhesive without any tools or force. Follow the manual for best results.

What cleaning modes are included? Can it be used on sensitive teeth?

Yes. The toothbrush features three brushing modes:
